T-CG and uApps
T-CG builds applications utilizing SAP ‘s standard platform. Our applications however, extend and support business processes beyond those provided by SAP within the standard industry verticals. We have bundled our customized applications with the standard industry verticals leaving no voids in our customers’ needs. We call them uApps. uApps are application programs written in ABAP/JAVA, that are built on SAP’s Netweaver Technology. uApps focus on both, the Utility & Public Sector verticals. A uApp business process starts where SAP processes stops. uApps may eventually qualify for SAP certifications*. Thus, uApps fill the void for Government & Utility companies to maximize automation while enabling and empowering every employee.

1) uMB - Miscellaneous Billing &  Invoicing System
 This is a miniSD solution for creating credit memos against free description line items, while allowing posting to  existing Contract Accounts
2) uPL - Permits, Inspection & Licenses
This is a Permits, Inspection & License Solution which is integrated with the Miscellaneous Charges sub-system to cater to Utility & Public Sector requirements of managing Permits & licenses. This solution is also integrated with Workflow and Work Order Management.
3) uTF - Truck Fill Sub-System 
This is a solution for metering  and billing the “Water Truck Fills stations” at fire hydrants or  temporary locations using a meter installation with floating customer. 
4) uPC - Penalty and Charges Sub-System 
 This is a solution for supporting  the process of levying penalties and fines for illegal connections, meter tampering,  property and equipment damaged by neglect, etc.
5) uBD - Biller Direct interfaces to  wireless solutions
This is an SAP  Mobile extension having the capability to jointly bill  for the utility service with an existing telephone bill or wireless bill. This features requires Wireless provider approval for the service. The solution uses SMS technology to obtain bill payment approval.
6) uRFID - RFID solution for Utility  Field Services
Working with various RFID solution partner for identification, maintenance, replacement, repair &operation services for various equipments and devices in the field.
7) uMSC - Manage Service Connection Solution
Analysis of load/demand network  capacity, submission and approval of application, provisioning of utility service  using in-house or contracting services, capital contribution calculations,  invoicing and payments. This solution supports the entire process of application, approval, fees calculation, documentation management, case management,  status checks and billing and invoicing for permits and licenses issuing,  validity checks, and process for renewal of existing licenses, extension of  existing permits.
8) uPPT- Personal Property Assessment & Taxation Solution
This solution interfaces with the Utility Solution's  Business Partner & Contract Account to update master data as well as automatically upload Assessment as receivables against a Contract Account setup per business. This solution handles creation and maintenance of Master data as well as transactional Assessment receivables per year of Assessment. It uses the interface files from the State Department Taxation  & Assessment system and uploads the Assessment after recalculating a City's or County's receivable into appropriate accounts.
