T-CG's performance management process and dialogue supports employee development with personal and career goal setting, performance reviews and ratings, and by fostering an environment of ongoing communication between the employee and their performance manager. Employees initiate dialogue by setting their goals and planning their career, then monitoring their performance throughout the year with engagement/project reviews, interim reviews, and year-end reviews. Employees will meet with their performance manager to discuss their performance at each step of the process.
